Sundae Drive - Week 17 / September 13

This week saw the end of a mini-tradition. We weren't able to do what has become our regular diner out before ice cream this week. Nonetheless we were able to find a new and exciting ice cream destination.

This week, Ridgefield Ice Cream Shop in Ridgefield CT. A converted Carvel store they are now well known for their super soft serve ice cream. Several reviews rated them very highly and they even made the CT Magazine list of top ice creams shops.




I went with the Moose Tracks ice cream (chocolate ice cream with chunks of chocolate and peanut butter) and i saw several traditional vanilla cones dipped in chocolate.



It was a great way to end the weekend.

    sorry, can't seem to control it. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. i don't do anything differently when loading.
