Another round of Amy doesn't cook night

Tonight was my night to cook.. i threatened to make hot dogs and chili but was informed nobody would be eating it if i did... plan b was to introduce the family to Hamburger Helper!! Off to the Big Y market I went.

When i found the hamburger helper i decided it wasn't right so i had to come up with something quick. We ended up with:

Shrimp Cocktail - extra spicy sauce

Chicken Picata over pasta

Steamed brocoli

Lime Jello with whipped cream for dessert..

total success!
