The eight of us went out to dinner Friday night and hit up a local ice cream shop. After stuffing our faces (and emptying our wallets) at Kobi's hibachi restaurant we stopped by the ice cream shop next door.  The sign in the window says voted #2 Ice Cream Shop in CT so we figured we'd found a hidden gem in nearby Shelton CT.

Turns out the #2 designation was probably #2 in that shopping center.  Most likely a distant 2nd place to the nearby Wendy's restaurant where they serve the "frosty". It was so good that I don't even remember what the name of the place was . . . . the girls did have fun on the Dino ride and we played Flintstones trivia... what was the name of the Rubbles' dog? i didn't get that one.
