It was as sunny this weekend as it was rainy last weekend so we wanted to take advantage of the weather and have a dinner outside. We piled in the Acadia and took off for Norwalk CT
Our dinner destination this week was the Sono Seaport Restaurant. We've been there before but it is a fun place to eat. We got a nice table on the deck and had a great seafood dinner. Well, except Jake.. he went with the Chicken Parm :-(
After dinner we took off for Westport CT, a little place called The Frosty Bear Ice Cream Gazebo. It was a funny location, in the middle of nowhere adjacent to a small country store. The ice cream was really good and we had fun hanging out.
This was the last Sunday before school starts for the kids so we reminisced about the fun we'd had this summer. Colony Pizza was the unanimous favorite of the places we ate this year.
